The Information security Journal of the Government Cipher Committee has content specialized in security and information security. The first journal was published in 2006 under a license No. 45 / GP-BVHTT in March 31, 2006 issued by the Ministry of Culture and Information (License No. 1022 / GP- BTTTT in 11/07/2011 issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications).

- Propagate and disseminate the policies and laws of the Party, the State and the Cipher department in information security field in order to support state management, research activity, deployment, application and training in information security.

- Reflecting activities, introducing scientific and technological achievements, new products in information security field domestically and internationally.
